How booking works

  1. A request isn’t a booking yet. You’re booked once our confirmation email arrives.
  2. The times shown aren’t real-time.
  3. We reply within an hour during opening hours, otherwise as soon as we next open.
  4. No changes or cancellations on the day of your appointment.
