The online booking and question forms (on our Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese pages) collect the name, email address, optional contact, note, number of people, and the salon, services and times you enter.

We use this information only to check and answer your request or question, and to email you the receipt, the confirmation, any change or cancellation and a reminder the day before.

Request details on our booking server are deleted 180 days after the request date or the booking date, whichever is later; alerts and emails in Bellarsi’s business mailbox remain as email records.

Requests are processed through our booking server (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) and email delivery (Google LLC, USA).

The website has no customer accounts.

If you choose Instagram DM or WhatsApp for our reply, your message is only copied in your browser or placed in that app, not saved on our website server, and what you write is never sent in analytics events.

Messages you send on Instagram or WhatsApp are handled by those services.

To have your information deleted, contact us at the address below.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure visited pages, traffic sources, approximate location and device information, and clicks on booking, phone, map and Instagram links.

GA4 may store identifier cookies such as _ga in your browser.

Names, phone numbers, email addresses and consultation details are not sent in page URLs or analytics events.

Google Signals, user-provided data, advertising personalization and remarketing are not used.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

When you leave this site for Naver Booking, Naver Map, Google Maps or Instagram, that service’s privacy policy applies.

Information you enter and send on Instagram is processed within Meta’s service.
