Can I get a consultation in English or Japanese?
Yes. Every salon can look after you in English and Japanese, with help from our manager, Hanim. At The Red in Gwanghwamun, Hanim (manager and master stylist) consults with you in person, so that’s where it’s smoothest.

Yes. The Beauty, on the third floor above The Blue in Seochon, offers brow, eyeliner and lip permanent makeup and SMP (scalp micropigmentation).

Including the consultation, brows, eyeliner and lips take 1 to 1.5 hours and SMP takes 2 to 3 hours. Brows, eyeliner and lips last about 1 to 2 years and fade gradually. There is very little swelling, so you can carry on with your day. SMP is usually done in 3 to 5 sessions, 2 to 4 weeks apart, and builds up naturally rather than as a dramatic before-and-after.

We offer follow-up adjustments within 7 days of your service.
If anything bothers you, or the result feels different from what we discussed, let us know within 7 days. We’ll check your hair and, if needed, adjust it or redo the service.
