A down perm is a Korean perm that makes short hair lie flat: a side down perm flattens sides that stick out, and a design down perm controls volume all over. Prices include VAT. Stylist-level surcharges: Lead +₩5,000, Master +₩10,000, Executive Director +₩20,000. The final price may vary with the service and your hair length.
