Color Consultation
How to describe the hair color you want
For a more accurate consultation, describe the brightness, tone, and mood you want—and any colors or effects you prefer to avoid—rather than relying on a color name alone.

Bring two or three color references and point out the details, mood, or tone you like most. Your current base and previous services determine what can be achieved in one visit and whether more than one service is needed.
Start with brightness before tone
The word brown can mean anything from a deep natural shade to a light milk brown. We first clarify the brightness you have in mind, then find the tone that suits it.
Tell us which colors or tones you want to avoid
Mention any red, yellow, or orange tones that feel uncomfortable to you. We do not choose color from skin tone alone; your clothing and makeup preferences also help us find a shade that feels personal.
Previous color and bleach history shape the result
Black dye, gray coverage, home color, and bleach can affect lift and evenness. Sharing details from two or three years ago—or longer—helps us plan more accurately.
Plan the maintenance as well
Brighter, lower-saturation shades require attention to fading and aftercare. We recommend a return timing and service scope that are manageable at home.
